We designed a delicious weekly regiment that reflects our interests in local ingredients that taste incredible.
The foundation is 3 daily meals:
seedy bowl OR smoothie
hazelnuts, flax, chia, honey, and fruit.
vegetable bowl
lentils or chickpeas, broccoli or cauliflower
daily special
The goal is 1800 considered calories a day, from primarily local Midwest sources. It's light on meat - we include meat sometimes in the daily meal. This may not be a full day's needs for everyone. Instead, it's a guarantee that no matter what's going on that day, you'll have had basic good nutrition, made locally.
