We make Minnesotan food.
Local ingredients. Like, really local. All of our dairy, grain, and meat, and most of the veggies, are grown or raised in Minnesota or Wisconsin. We purchase directly from farms and small producers as frequently as possible. We are simply obsessed with ingredients.
We're fancy, not fussy.
Caring deeply about food and hospitality comes natural to us. We have a ton of experience in making it nice. We make beautiful, deeply meaningful food for your loved ones on your special day, without too much frill or pretension. Some describe us as 'rustic,' or 'fancy organic.' We describe us as American Farm-to-Table.Â
Craft everything.
We make chocolate, in-house, from bean to bar (or chip). We make all of our pasta, by hand, with local grain and eggs. We make all of our breads, crackers, pastry and pickles. We grow some vegetables and raise chickens. We're geeks for small-scale charcuterie and cheesemaking, coffee roasting and preparation, low-intervention and traditional winemaking, curing and preservation methods, and cutting edge kitchen techniques. We have the mindset of MAKERS.

Menu design from the ground up: your menu is completely driven by your vision. We will make the meal you're imagining, and hopefully, even better than that. If you've been disappointed at the lack of imagination from other 'wedding caterers,' we may be what you've been looking for.
